Overview
M&A Watch is a student founded and led organisation. Our mission is to provide an opportunity for university students to gain their first experience in M&A through producing high quality retrospectives on some of history’s most impactful deals. Over time we hope to create a comprehensive database covering the key points of these transactions to unlock key insights into the factors which influence the success and failures of deals.

What we do
Retrospectives
With financial news always seeming to report recent deals, with our retrospectives, we seek to examine past transactions to evaluate how they performed and how we can apply the lessons learned to today’s market.
Interviews
Discovering new insights from experts in M&A. We seek to interview some of the key people involved in the deals we write about and other experts across the field.
Legal Reports
Law is constantly evolving. In our retrospectives on landmark M&A deals, we explore cases that led to new legislation, examine how these laws have evolved, and assess if changes are needed.
